Presents case studies in various themes of public health practice to demonstrate how the principles of public health were established and continue to evolve. • Nutritional portfolio (2 nutritional surveys with evaluation; 7days food journal, peer review)
• 7 quizzes ( 2 attempts, higher counts)
• Take final exam: take-home exam with essay questions
• You can earn up to 10 points of extra credit
• Note: Online classes should take the SAME amount of time as traditional classroom course
